1. Licence of Use
When you purchase or download any the products made available by Logical Commercial Management, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make the Product available to third parties.

2. Payment & Access
Full payment is required before you will receive access to the Products. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be subject to GST where applicable. Once payment is confirmed, the Product will be delivered electronically via download link or email.

3. Refunds & Returns
As this is a digital product, refunds will not be offered once the file has been downloaded, except as required by law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the Product is faulty or not as described.

4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with Logical Commercial Management. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for commercial resale or distribution.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a general tool and may not be suitable for every circumstance. The Product does not constitute financial advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making business or financial decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logical Commercial Management disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Product.

6. Updates & Support
Purchase of the Product does not include ongoing updates or customisation. Limited support may be provided to address formula errors, but not for tailoring the Product to specific business needs.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
