I'm Lachlan Green, the founder of Logical Commercial Management. I provide specialist commercial and contract management support to subcontractors across the construction industry.

 With over a decade of experience in contracts and commercial management, I’ve seen first hand how tough it can be for subcontractors to stay on top of contracts, claims, and payment issues — especially while juggling day-to-day site operations.
