I'm Lachlan Green, the founder of Logical Commercial Management. I provide specialist commercial and contract management support to subcontractors across the construction industry.

With over a decade of experience in contracts and commercial management, I’ve seen first hand how tough it can be for subcontractors to stay on top of contracts, claims, and payment issues, especially while juggling day-to-day site operations.
