 This is the full contract review service. This is a full, front to back assessment of your subcontract. It is designed to give you a complete picture of the commercial risk you are accepting, what to push back on, and what your contractual rights actually are.

Clients receive a full risk assessment with commentary, a departures schedule, and two rounds of review comments.
